You must make your way to the Hotel Reservation Consortium Assistance Desk situated at each arrival terminal of Rome's Fiumicino Airport

Your chosen time between 7:45am and 10:15pm

Additional Info:

• This transfer must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date.
• Confirmation for this transfer will be received at time of booking.
• The shuttle service operates to/from Rome's Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport (Fiumicino International Airport) and central Rome Hotels, which are located within the railway ring only. This transfer is not available to/from Ciampino Airport.
• The duration of transfers are approximate. The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
• Each traveler is allowed maximum 2 pieces of luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. Contact details advised on voucher under Important Information.
• Shuttles are not suitable for wheelchairs.
• Please note: Shuttle does not service Hotel Pineta Palace.
