So, who am I anyway?
| |
Well,
OK, let's talk about me, Les Sheppard,
a family man with a passion for travel,
and just enough spare time to share my
interest in Rome with the rest of the
world!
I live on the south coast
of the UK, in a city called Portsmouth,
with my Wife and children. We love life
near the coast, and we certainly love
our holidays and short "city breaks" that
we use to keep life fresh. |
Alongside this travel site,
we also run a "real estate" lettings
agency that is based locally in Portsmouth,
UK.
Over the years I tried several
business opportunities, and a few different
ways of
making a living
online (with little success) before
I came in touch with an outstanding opportunity.
I was always
searching for something that I really love
doing — and I found it.
In December 2005 I was introduced
to SBI! by some guys I was working on a joint
venture with at Nitro Incubator, and I was
immediately struck by the simplicity of the
system, and that the whole focus was to allow
people to develop their online presence without
the need for a detailed knowledge of building
web sites.
What the heck is SBI! anyway?...
Well, let's say it's a program?
Mentor? Marketing Tool? Webhost? Guide?
(Since it contains an Action Guide which
really puts you into considerable
action. Action
that works!)
In other words, SBI! helped me developing
the Web site you're surfing through right now
(i.e. you're interested in). It guided and
still guides me to remarkable online success.
But hey, it's a real WIN-WIN
situation, isn't it? I write about something
I know and love,
and you've found something you are interested
in (i.e. this, my Web site).
And SBI! has allowed me to
spend more of my time watching my daughter
grow up, spend quality time with my family
without so much pressure from daily routine,
and it's helping me bring forward the time
when I can retire to the country (although
I can't see that I would ever give up on
this particlular venture... it's too much
fun!).
See how I did it here...
Now that you know more about
me, I hope you will remain one of the thousands
of LTR readers, and please share your own
travel stories from Rome wherever you see
the chance through these pages.
Best regards,
